Diploma in Remedial Massage
I have been in the health and wellness industry for many years. Wellness has always been a passion of mine having practised yoga for many years which lead me to complete over 500hrs in yoga teacher training. I have a fascination with the body and the mind and how these two dynamics work intrinsically together: one not being seperate from the other. After many years of teaching yoga, it leads me to complete my Diploma in Remedial Massage.
Remedial massage can be extremely beneficial in alleviating pain and tension, calming the nervous system and restoring musculoskeletal imbalances and dysfunction. Unique treatment plans are created based on the individuals needs using a diverse range of techniques that can be gentle or strong, remedial to relaxing. I have an empathetic and holistic approach which takes the physical, emotional and mental factors into consideration when creating treatment plans and are able to work alongside other allied health professionals to reach your optimal health goals.
Bachelor of Health Science - Acupuncture
After years of enjoying the benefits of acupuncture and natural health therapies herself, it was an easy decision for Alice to delve into the world of natural therapies. Alice has completed a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Acupuncture at Endeavor College of Natural Health. Throughout her studies she observed and assisted Kaz in clinic, allowing her to gain valuable knowledge and skills that have helped her grow as a/an acupuncturist.
Inspired to her own family's dedication to health and wellness, Alice was always interested in pursuing a career in natural health. Alice appreciates a low stress and organic lifestyle, which she believes assists her to naturally enable her clients to feel safe and calm during treatment.
Whilst completing her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Alice has supplemented her practice with further education in Japanese Acupuncture. Alice utilises her knowledge in Japanese acupuncture to assist her clients on their own pathway to essential well-being.
In her free time Alice enjoys sunrise yoga sessions, cycling, cooking and her dog 'Raven'. She also enjoys practising self gratitude and meditation, allowing her to have a clear and focus mind for her clients
Alice is available on Tuesday afternoons and evenings and Wednesdays.
Diploma in Remedial Massage
I am passionate about people and their quality of life. I started my studies in Personal Training and Rehabilitation (TAFE SA) before venturing into Therapeutic and Sports massage in 2001, which is where I found my true passion. I went on to work and travel before completing my Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2011 in Queensland.
Whilst my work life has been varied and diverse I always find myself drawn to massage and healing.. My passion for helping others has lead me into work in different parts of the world from sports and health clubs to luxury cruise ships and day
spas within resorts and retreats.
I use a variety of techniques to increase movement and flexibility and decrease pain for my clients. My hands are geared towards deep tissue but I also enjoy relaxation; calming the mind and body when needed. I offer an observant, intuitive and professional journey.
Outside of massage I am mother to two energetic boys. I love learning new things, enjoy the outdoors, exercise, travel and photography.

With his father a medical doctor and his mother a physiotherapist, healthcare was always in Marc’s blood. For as long as he can remember, Marc has been interested in traditional medicine, the metaphysical and how the emotions are related to physical health.
His massage studies with a Chinese Doctor from the age of 17 planted a seed and his Bachelor of Health Science at Griffith University, while providing a necessary grounding in Western Medicine, made him hungry to explore Holistic Medicine.
The Naturopathy studies provided an eclectic approach to natural medicine and the Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture grounded in 2 1/2 thousand years of knowledge and wisdom tied it all together.
Marc’s further studies in classical forms of acupuncture, various forms of counselling and bodywork have given him a wide range of tools not only to help heal physical ailments, but also to transform old patterns and limiting beliefs that have stood in the way of mental and emotional freedom.
